So looks like the blue (lower) switches purpose in life is to enable starting the vehicle when the clutch pedal is pushed in. But now that it's messed up I can start my car without pushing in the clutch. Some additional info.I messed up my switch when I installed it.will take it out later and see if I can save it. Twist the switch clockwise with the plunger pushed in and the black piece rotates under the blue.lined up so they both slide through the bracket. You simply push in on the plunger and it unlocks the switch so it can rotate. the black plastic piece is sticking through the hole in the bracket its mounted on.but how to get it out of the way. So I was looking at the switch and was trying to figure out how to remove it. so I got myself a lower and swapped it out.at least I tried.
